To physically establish a multi-faceted center for the purpose of: reforming, housing, teaching, training, equipping and empowering the youth, battered women and individuals to rediscover, develop and fundamentally position the disenfranchised back into; family, community, and society  for the purpose of unveiling their inherent gifts and purpose, to build, rebuild and restructure fragmented communities, cultures and environments.
